Envoy Air accepts cats and dogs as checked baggage. The pet must be inside a container to be transported as checked baggage.
Cargo
Envoy Air does not provide any cargo services for pets.
Container Requirements
- One traveler can have only one container with them.
- You can take a soft-sided container for your pet.
- The pet should be able to move comfortably inside the container.
- There should be ventilation holes. But the pet should not be able to remove its limbs from the container through those holes.
- Some sort of absorbent material should be present at the ground of the container.
- You can provide water and food for the pet inside the container.
- The dog/cat can not get out of the container at any moment of the flight.
- The dimensions of the container should not exceed the following:

Aircraft Restrictions
You can not take a pet with you if your flight lasts over 12 hours.

People with special needs can take their service dogs inside the cabins for free. There are no additional charges.
Emotional Support Pets

You can not check in four hours before the flight. The ideal check-in time should be 2 hours before the flight.
